Tervetuloa valmistamaan yrttisiä ja tuoksuvia tuotteita Rohtolan joululahjapajaan
la 5.12. klo 10-16

Nyt on mahdollisuus oppia sekä yrttien että aromaterapian lumoavasta voimasta ammattilaisten ohjauksessa ja valmistaa samalla ihanat, yksilölliset joululahjat joko itselle tai rakkaalle ihmiselle.

Aamupäivän aikana valmistamme kaksi yrttijalkakylpysekoitusta omien, käyttäjälleen personoitujen yrttivalintojen mukaan. Kuivatuista yrteistä, niiden vaikutuksista ja yrttijalkakylvyn teosta on kertomassa luontaishoitaja ja fytoterapeutti Satu Sarkola Yrttienkelistä.

Iltapäivällä paneudumme tuoksujen maailmaan ja valmistamme oman hoitavan parfyymin eteerisiä öljyjä käyttäen. Opit, kuinka tuoksuja voi käyttää hyvinvoinnin tukena, miten ne vaikuttavat meihin, ja miten valmistetaan tasapainoinen tuoksusekoitus. Tuoksujen maailmaan osallistujat johdattaa Rohtolan emäntä & aromaterapiakouluttaja Jenna Puustinen.

Iltapäiväkahvien lomassa on hyvin aikaa myös kysymyksille, ja jos oikein innostut, voit valmistaa pienestä lisämaksusta useampiakin tuotteita joulupukin pussukkaan sujautettavaksi.
